Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
At Pop Art Is Dead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Change of Mind Returns
In addition to your ACL rights, if you change your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: Original art is final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at mark@popartisdead.com.au with your order information and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with our return shipping address and any other relevant information.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided using a trackable postage method.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new item in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
