1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer shipping across Australia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Many artworks include shipping in their cost.
If a shipping cost isn’t shown in the cart or at checkout, you’re good to proceed.
You will not be billed by me for shipping at a later date.
Notes on Australia Post
Beating up on our Aussie Post is kind of a national sport.
If you aren’t home a lot, or live in an apartment, do yourself a favour and sort out a Parcel Locker (they’re free) to make your life way easier and make sure your parcels are delivered securely.
3. International Shipping
We do not have automated international shipping yet. If you are outside of Australia, please contact me to organise shipping of a product you are interested in – mark@popartisdead.com.au
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post Tracking page. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at mark@popartisdead.com.au within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Changes to This Policy

We comply with the requirements laid out by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), and their consumer rights and guarantees or any legislative requirements that apply to us, trading in Victoria, Australia.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description.
We don’t provide refunds if you use a product or change your mind, then return it.
